These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okttt ("okttt," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okttt.one (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, games, features, promotions, and functionality offered on or through the okttt Platform.

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any gaming service on the okttt Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
okttt reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all associated funds will be forfeited, and any winnings will be void.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you are responsible for determining the legality of your participation. okttt does not represent that the Platform is legal or available in all jurisdictions.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Before processing your first withdrawal, okttt will require identity verification. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okttt login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) generated for your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. okttt will never ask for your password via live chat, SMS, or email.
You agree to notify okttt support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. okttt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Registering or operating more than one account – whether in your own name or under any alias – is strictly prohibited. This includes creating new accounts after a previous account has been closed, suspended, or self-excluded. Violation will result in closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and voiding of any pending or unsettled bets.
All accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Any deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment processor at the time of the transaction. okttt is not responsible for currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers.
okttt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at okttt's sole discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, although higher-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.

okttt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure and does not constitute an accusation of wrongdoing. All bonuses and promotions offered by okttt are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms. okttt operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Attempts to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, bot activity, or any other improper means will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds, and potential forfeiture of deposited funds where applicable.

Each game available on the okttt Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, okttt reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okttt content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okttt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

okttt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
okttt complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations.

Where termination is not due to player fault, okttt will return the available account balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting okttt support via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before escalating any dispute to formal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact the okttt support team, which will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
okttt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.
Continued use of the okttt Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
